Newbury St. property located in beautiful Back Bay neighborhood for $ 12.5 million. Joyce Hampers was the owner Hamper bought the brick building at 275 Newbury St. in 2004 for $ 5 million. Hampers had operated the Emerge Spa & Salon at 275 New Bury St. for nearly a decade. Emerge closed in the spring and was consolidated across the street at her other salon, G2O, a property she also owns at 278 Newbury St.
The buyers, a partnership between Centremark Properties, a Boston-based real estate company managed by Nader Golestaneh, and Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, closed the deal on the 11th this month.
275 Newbury St. was sold for $12.5 Millon.
