Our Future Back Bay Office | Transformation of 232 Clarendon Street

On January 3rd 2021 during the heart of COVID with no vaccine, we took a risk. Buy a Brownstone in the Back Bay and build our DREAM future office. My partners (father) Doug and (brother) Jordan have always wanted our associates to know we are here to stay. Our family owned business was founded in 1977 and still headquartered in Back Bay for 41 years. Our vision? We want to be in business for another 40+ years.  232 Clarendon Street is an entire building with approximately 5600 SF. Perfectly located between Commonwealth Avenue and Newbury Street, This was the first sale of this property in 50 years, the building was a family home for many years and later became the offices of an Interior Design firm. It has beautiful original detail including a Grand Foyer and original Staircase. High ceilings, and original Fireplaces. This is a restoration more than a renovation but a journey none the less. We will continue to provide updates along the way.
