Roche Brothers will open its first large-scale gourmet store in downtown and that will serve City Hall, the financial district, luxury condos in Downtown. The flagship supermarket is scheduled to be opened in early 2015 inside the historic Burham Building next to the Millennium Tower, a high profile new project made up of 442 luxury residences with retail space on the lower floors. Restoration of the Burham Building is part of Millennium’s $689 million redevelopment plan. The opening of the supermarket will be instrumental in the rebirth of Burham Building and makes Downtown crossing a vibrant urban neighborhood.

Roche Bros (headquartered in Wellesley, Massachusetts) are scheduled to open their 25,000 square-foot flagship supermarket in early 2015 inside the historic Burnham Building at the base of the Tower
